Small Groups are a staple at Pinehurst Fitness. Our boot camp style classes are great for anyone, no matter your fitness level. We offer a variety of time slots 7 days a week. Groups last 50 minutes and consist of full body exercises that focus on improving strength and endurance. Our group fitness uses a variety of equipment including the well known staples: body weight exercises, dumbbells, cables, kettlebells, tires, ropes, barbells, and anything else we can get our hands on. We get creative and never do the same workout twice.
We are big fans of doing intense intervals (it’s the best way to shed pounds), but we won't give you more than you can handle. It's not about being better than everyone around you, it's about being better than you ever thought possible. Many of our clients start out with a personal training package and eventually move into groups when they are ready. The nice thing about working one on one is that we will customize every workout to you, whether it's to lose weight, gain muscle, rehab an injury, train for a sport, or simply to stay active. We currently have two full time personal trainers on staff who practice what they preach. Ready to have some fun with your fitness routine? Try Zumba®! This is an exercise program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves.
It incorporates interval training by alternating between fast and slow rhythms and it also incorporates resistance training. Zumba® is an upbeat and fun way to get your aerobic exercise on. You'll have so much fun, you won't even know it's exercise! The Zumba® class is ran by licensed instructors who like to laugh, dance, burn calories, and have fun without knowing we are exercising. This class is for everyone, even those without rhythm. |

Motivation is often difficult to maintain when you are trying to eat healthy. Regular nutritional support sessions with our personal trainers enhance your motivation to continue with a nutrition regimen.
Even if you don't attend a nutritional support session every time you come to Pinehurst Fitness, knowing that you'll meet with your nutritional support trainer soon will motivate you when you are eating at home or dining out. You also get the satisfaction of showing your trainer the improvement you've made as your nutritional support program proceeds. We also have a private clean eating Facebook group where members share recipes, and motivation. |
